Jeff Materna - Principal
Mr. Materna is a principal at Materna Gray Real Estate and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. His professional experience includes working as an acquisitions analyst for a retail property syndicator as well as an analyst for a real estate investment bank, specializing in hard-money lending and mortgage banking.

Mr. Materna graduated from Vanderbilt University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He also has a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Pepperdine University.

Matt Lexow-Gray - Principal
Mr. Lexow-Gray is a principal at Materna Gray and his experience covers a broad spectrum of areas within the commercial and residential real estate industries. He has had great success working on the investment, management and lending sides of the business.

Mr. Lexow-Gray is a graduate of Clemson University, where he obtained a B.S. in Finance and Fordham University’s School of Business, where he earned an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance.
